Scissor Pallet Trucks

Scissor pallet lift trucks are designed for moving and raising singly stacked pallets by integrating a lifting mechanism that allows the pallets on the truck to be elevated. This apparatus is a great instrument for functioning in space restricted areas that will not allow a full-sized lift truck. The scissor pallet vehicle is also exceptionally effective in moving pallets quickly from one location to another or offloading vans thanks to their small turning radius and maneuverability. Scissor lifting mechanisms are built with a folding support system created of interlinked bars. As the system extends, the lift is raised, and as it contracts, the lift lowers. Scissor jacks differ from standard jacks in that they do not rise at a continual rate of speed, but rather more gradually at each end of the extension, consequently, they tend to provide a bumpier ride than conventional hydraulic hoists.

Scissor pallet vehicles are an efficient solution for companies that want to move inventory around quickly and efficiently in a narrow space. Due to their folding capability, they are fairly compact when stored. Since the weight is distributed across the arms of the scissors, they tend to lift loads more evenly.
